No idea where this is coming from but it is incorrect. None of the characters I ever petitioned for RL threats were banned for even 1 day.
One of the most infamous life-bans was Ginger Magician, for a RL threat.

"Online content is not rated."--You mean that part?
What's in the client is not online content. Online content covers what other players do
